At Live Free Chiropractic, we focus on the detection and correction of vertebral subluxation. The following is an outline of what to expect as a new practice member.

 

Step 1 – Forms

All new practice members are required to fill out the “Live Free Chiropractic Health Profile”
Form as completely as possible. Please read and sign all other forms as well.

 

 

Step 2 – Consultation

A one-on-one consultation will be performed to discuss your health issues and goals, uncover the
layers of past damage and trauma, and to help determine the cause of your health concerns.

 

 

Step 3 – Evaluation

A comprehensive Chiropractic Evaluation and complete Neurological Diagnostic Testing will be performed to further determine the exact cause of your health concerns. We will use state-of-the-art, non-invasive diagnostic equipment to locate the root cause of any dysfunction and disease in your body.

 

 

Step 4 – Additional Recommendations

Drs. Falardeau will advise you if any additional tests are needed,
including any Specific Chiropractic Postural X-rays.

 

 

Step 5 – Doctor’s Report

A "Report of Findings" will be conducted, at which time the cause of your current condition will be discussed. After reviewing your case, Drs. Falardeau will determine if you are a candidate for chiropractic care and a thorough explanation of care recommendations and action steps will be discussed.

 

 

Step 6 - Begin Care 
Initiate chiropractic care. Congratulations on taking the first
steps on your journey to optimal health and healing.
